On January 5th in Spain, children take centre stage. Three Wise Men Parades are celebrated all over the country. The biggest parade is held in Madrid, but the oldest in Spain and quite probably in the world, is celebrated in Alcoy, Alicante, on which the royal pages take presents up to the children on the highest balconies using long ladders.

At Higuera de la Sierra the inhabitants of the village appear inmovile on the floats.

The Three Wise Men arrive in El Castillo De Las Guardas on their dromedaries.
