The Viking Festival is held in Catoira, Galicia, located in the Northwest of Spain. Neighbours of this village, dressed as Vikings, perform a spectacular reenactment of the Viking landing and the defence of ‘Torres de Oeste’ (West Towers) area, as it happened 10 Centuries ago. It takes place on the first weekend of August (1st & 2nd of August, 2020).
