“Las Fallas” is the most spectacular Spanish bonfire and firework festival. From the 15th to the 19th of March, Saint Josephs day, colourful “ninots” and giant papier figures which represent and satirize images of known people or funny fantasy creatures are displayed around the city. It is on the last night when the “Crema” takes place with the burning of the fallas.
